How many times do you wake up in the morning, thinking; ''This is not my day... again''...

We all go through struggles, we all have the individual journeys, and life has ups and downs.

If you asked me if I know anything about long term illness I would say...''Yes I know someone who is going through it...'' and I know the emotions and feelings associated with this situation.

If you asked me..'' Do you know what it means to be a single parent, I would respond - yes I know very well''.. Do you know someone who suffers from anxiety...do you recognize signs of stress or depression etc...? Yes, we may always meet someone who may need help or just simply a chat. We may not be aware if we are not present in the moment, and in their moment too. With them.

If you ask someone if he/she is ok?, and they say yes, but your are not too sure that they truly are, ask again.

If you asked me a couple of other things I would say - yes, or I know how you feel...

I just know how you feel, and I have the understanding of the situation. Never had to learn the empathy... Life was my teacher, and sometimes we take the hardest lessons.

Maybe you get these lessons and don't accept them at this moment. Not yet.. As the time hasn't come...but it will eventually.

I always wondered, what else I can do to make someone's day..

Only if you take into consideration this little tip now: ''Please go outside, enjoy the spring, look how much it has for you to offer''... If you can walk in silence, just please relax and try to be present. .

If you listen to yourself, you will hear something about you, as the nature gives us the signs.

If you see at least one you will win the day''... and realize - You won the day, not just survived...

And never be afraid to reach out for help. There are amazing people out there.

You just need to find each other... I send you my best wishes, and hopes that your dreams will come true. Take a break, breath in and out, look at the tress and the blossom of the spring.

Have a lovely weekend, and take these quotes with you:

1. Virginia Woolf — 'No need to hurry. No need to sparkle. No need to be anybody but oneself.'

2. Lao Tzu - Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.

Give yourself time to make changes, to make decisions, to be alone with yourself ...or with nature, and also with other people...you will be ready, when the time comes ...
